As we take time today to consider the sacrifice that many made on our behalf for our freedom, it is interesting to contemplate that some who gave their lives were the same ages of our senior high campers.

Let’s not forgot the sacrifices made on our behalf.

In fact, we as Christians are called to remember; called to remember repeatedly throughout scripts.  We are called to remember the sacrifice that was made on our behalf and we celebrate through communion the shed blood of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Let’s not forgot The Sacrifice made on our behalf.

Summer by now for many is a distant memory.  Our camp facility has been prepared and made ready for winter, but we already are working on plans for next summer.

Would you consider praying for our planning efforts?  Would you consider helping us financially?

Let's not forgot the ministry of many who have gone before us.

For many years Alice Carter "Punchy" sacrificed her time to serve camp, and years ago started the ministry of "It's Sew Easy" that has blessed many, including Camp Chamisall.  This coming week there is a unique opportunity where you can help the ministry of camp and get a head start on some of that Christmas shopping.

“It’s Sew Easy” is a group that meets regularly throughout the year sewing and quilting items with the purpose of donating or raising funds through the sales of these items to various organizations.  Over the years Camp Chamisall has been blessed by funds raised by “It’s Sew Easy”.  Thank you!

November 15, 16 and 17, "It's Sew Easy"  is holding a “Christmas Craft Fair” with all proceeds going to Camp Chamisall.

Looking for a creative, crafty item?  You’re find it at the “Christmas Craft Fair” being held at First Alliance Church 12345 40 Street SE 403-252-7572.
